I have a 1992 240sx, Manual transmission and was wondering what fits because the SR20DET is a swap and came with the alternator. Will the KA24 fit and what years? It would nice if someone had a list of what parts to use for the SR20. Thanks for the help.

In a nutshell, redtop is 1st gen SR. Smaller injectors, T25 turbine, and so on. maximum blacktops got here with T28's, fairly different charge piping setup, more advantageous injectors, and variable valve timing. They both bolt up in simple terms effective, yet into an S14, you would have lots a lot less of a headache re-wiring an S14 SR into your automobile than an S13 SR(redtop).

YOUR OLD ALT. SHOULD FIT WHERE THE ALT IS NOW . MAY NEED A SPACER ON THE MAIN HOLDDOWN BOLT BUT KEEPING THE OLD ALT. WILL INSURE THAT IT WILL CHARGE AND IS WIRED CORRECTLY.
