Trust me, I think I speak for everyone when I say asking a question won't make ppl mad. Let's see here....
Both are water signs, that's a good start, however, the dichotomy of the pisces can cause a few probs with Aquarius. The fact that they both are "airy" or "dreamers" (part of their water affiliation) means that they will have very emotional moments, very unrealistic moments, and at the same time, accomplish something few relationships could ever accomplish: They will get to the heart of any matter, as long as they continue to communicate with each other.
