I looking for good southern colleges.If you know any good madical law or business colleges in the south that would be great, but i will accept any good college from the south.

For Law?
Duke is a great Law school in the south also look at GW, Georgetown, Emory and William and Mary.
For business. you can look at U of Virginia, Emory, Harvard, Stanford, U Penn (Wharton), Johns Hopkins and Yale,
Too bad that there are not many good options in the south

Rice University definitely the top in the south.
Some others include Duke, Washington and Lee, U of Texas, Georgia, U of Arkansas, Vanderbilt, maybe even Ole Miss or U of Florida.
Not many compared to the rest of the nation, though.

Both the University of Tennessee and Vanderbilt are excellent.

It depends on what are you looking for in a college. Remember that you should be looking at academics instead of familiarity.
