hey am 18weeks pregnant with some issues that are causin stress like my papa being really ill,my health , other family problems and also the fact my man aint been here for a while and its becomin emoticonal and stressful any ways of relaxing from it? even a little bit?

Warm baths and aroma therapy can help...

And do stuff that take your mind off the family problems and that you enjoy like taking a walk, which will also temporary give you a change of scenery and break from people and problems..

Avoid shopping if you have money problems or if it gives you anxiety and talking to people that only want to talk about problems... Sometimes calling an old friend helps.

I have been where you are on how to relax thing that doesnt hurt your baby.. this can be hard sometimes if things are really hard since you cant have a glass of wine or like some said take some sleeping pills.
try yoga or something like that .. just take your mind somewhere else.. I am here right now because of that .. i am so stressed i feel like screaming ! but we have to keep baby healthy huh? maybe watch a movie that is just dumb and funny that isnt anything to do with your life.. try a nice walk too

Take a warm bath, light some scented candles and play some soothing music. Get a good book to read and put your feet up. Think positive and good thoughts. Pray. Hope you find peace within.

Take a long bath. That usually works. Read a good book, watch a long movie, draw a picture, listen to music, take photographs of people, things, call an old friend, etc. Sleep, work on baby-related things (names, room construction, etc) Good luck. And good luck with your kid- it's a terrible world he/she's coming into.

take a warm bubble bath or go get a pedicure done or get a massage or go for a walk or go baby shopping by your self or with an old friend that'll help get your mind off of things good luck and congrats on the baby!!!

concentrate on the bundle of love you have growing in you and just relax and think positive like you father might be sick on his way to dying but he wont die until he sees my child got it so stop stressing
