It is important to stretch first before exercising so you don't pull any of your muscles. Stretch your arms and legs for 20 seconds. To work out your stomach, do 10 crunches. Using your arms, lay down on the floor and push yourself up 5 times. Lifting weights for about half an hour a day can also help develop muscles in your arms. Finally, jog in place to get your heart pumping and to work out your leg muscles.
