I'm right there with ya! Most of us on P&S mess around and bend rules a bit, but that's not even close to right. If I wanted to see that there are alot of other sites to go to.
P.S. I never report people, but I am not ashamed to say that I reported him. There is a line that he crossed.

That is sad, because the avatar is highly inappropriate and childish especially for children viewing. He is just looking for attention because it is so small that it is funny. Just ignore him or report him and hopefully his account will be deleted.
