At the last house party i was at, i was very tempted to place one short 'intoxicated' friend of mine, into a wooden box, and send him out to Silver City in Mexico- i would place air holes within the package- Is the legal? and possible? ... i am thinking 'yes, yes it is'

No, its not legal. Mail/post is for non-living packages.
You may be able to get a courier to send the person however. Although they may refuse to send your "package."
And you're "package" would need the proper documentation to pass the customs/immigration of Mexico.
