Or a toddler giving up her fave toy for her brother (the same age as her), and these toddlers happen to be two out of three children (triples).

Toddler giving up her fave toy for her brothers.

I don't get the 'after the brother had a seizure'.
Do you mean, "After the kiss on the forehead, the brother had a seizure" or "A baby kissed her older brother after he had a seizure"?

While I'm at it,
the question should be "WHICH is cuter?" not "What".

I think they are both adorable, it would melt my heart if I saw it. It shows that they have an extremely kind hearted nature, and are both intelligent. For a toddler to share her toys, or recognize when some one has a seizure indicates kindness, and a higher intellect.

I can just picture it. As my grand-daughter also a toddler, saw me sitting with my hand over my forehead, she said to me,with a sad face"grandma, boo boo" (boo boo means when something hurts). It melted my heart.

I'd go with the first one: baby kissing brother after seizure. Although I don't know if I'd say "cute" since it's such a serious situation. It's definitely sweeter.
