I am thinking about it. As a Christian (I am very tempted on Friday nights to watch WWE Friday Night SmackDown! on the CW) I have seen that taking pleasure in seeing someone get hurt is wrong (that is what pro-wrestling is, it is maybe the same as Roman gladiators tearing each other up). I, though, want to wait to stop watching wrestling after this big WWE pay-per-view "Wrestlemania" to pass and to see my favorite wrestler reign as champion (Undertaker). I think if I wait until my my favorite wrestler reigns, the rapture could happen or I could die during this. I may be DAMNED FOR HELL! What should I do? (I am also a 13-year-old boy, 7th grader)

Me too. I am also your age. Join the club, and watch wrestling with us. I am not christin but I know G-d loves wrestling especially when Kane dragged Daivari out with his hook last week on SmackDown and have you seen Kane's shirt on sale? It says "Burn in Hell" so forget about that stupid rapture or being damn to hell. Just come and have fun with al the evil stuff a good movie to watch is "See No Evil"

It is entertainment. There are accidents where they get hurt and it is a sport like football, baseball etc.. would you stop watching the superbowl if someone broke their leg on TV. It's a lot more violent. At least wrestling is rehearsed and controlled. The only bad thing about it is the story lines.

I beleive we were put on this earth to enjoy life, to be happy and to love. If watching wrestling makes you happy and you like it, then do it. As long as you are a good person who has a pure heart, Hell is a long way off. Maybe you should talk to your parents about this.

It was God or an angel who was sent by God who wrestled Jacob, depending on your interpretation. If wrestling were a sin, why would God condone such a contest between one of his angels and one of his creations, let alone be one of the contestants in such a sport.
Why should God punish you for delighting in a sport which He Himself has elevated to such a high status that its name has been given to the holy lands. (The name Israel means "wrestles with God" in Hebrew).

Hey, HBK is a Christian, and he wrestles. You need to know that it's not seeing someone get hurt that you enjoy, it's the storylines and the high-flying monuvers they use that you have interest in, not the pain of others!

1st calm down.2nd think if this is what you wanna do.Im a Christian also.And I watch wrestling.But some people have different opinions.It really isn't taking pleasure in seeing people get hurt.Its "Entertainment.If you don't want to watch it,Then don't.If you do,then do watch it.BTW, there is no way the RAPTURE is going to happen now.

They are not really getting hurt. WWE, TNA, wrestling Society X and almost all of the others except for UFC and Boxing are fake.
