Um- it's not entirely her decision. Talk to a divorce attorney and seek advice on how you'll proceed. Cheating (the legal term is adultery) is a REAL reason for seeking divorce, and nobody can stop you. Again, talk to an attorney, and see what you should do. This is simply a LEGAL issue, so friends and family, as nice as it may be to talk to them, they can't give you as good advice. Good luck, and I'm sorry that you had to learn that women are like this. They're all like this. Sorry.

You must hire a divorce attorney. You can file for divorce, but you must file the papers and there is a waiting time, and every state has different laws, so the best bet would be hire a good divorce attorney and he will give you the professional advice you require.

File for divorce anyway. It doesn't matter if she doesn't agree to it. She can contest it, you can go to court, and duke it out. Then you will be divorced. If you have proof that she has been cheating, take that with you to the lawyer and that will be the dissolving factor of your relationship.

You have papers drawn up and in the mean time go find a hot momma to make her jealous. She cant have it both ways husband to support her while at the same time having a fling on the side. Take all her stuff to his house and maybe she will wake up and see what she has done probably not.

First of all I agree with "the frog"....You should look into an annulment (I don't know that tecs to it but it may work)....My mother-in-law was married before and she just told the judge that she did not know where her ex was and they left it at that they were divorced........but like I said in the beginning I agree with "the frog".

No way. Can't believe it. Won't believe it. Her unfaithfulness is solid grounds for divorce. Get proof. You will get your divorce whether she wants to give it or not.
