The simplest answer is to dry your tears, pray for them and their new baby and move on. Don't waste your time or tears on anyone who didn't value you enough. It's a waste of emotion. Instead of being angry, try thinking of it in a karma sense. What goes around comes around and he'll get his comeuppance in the end. There is someone out there for you honey just be patient and restore yourself first before you go looking for love again. Good luck!

This is so difficult and they should be ashamed. You really need to get therapy and hopefully you've moved.
Please know it will eventually get better. You need friends, therapy, and to take care of your self. Try to do things that you normally couldn't do because you didn't have time and/or because he wouldn't let you.
This is your time now. As for him, karma is a funny thing. The hard part is, his karma may not happen on your timeline, but his and her disgusting behavior will catch up with them, promise.
Please know you are still a special person and you are in no way less because of his and her insideous behavior. You are actually the better person, and in time, you will get out of this darkness and be the brighter one as well.

You don't !!!!!!! you learn to live with it. accept what has happened be happy for the BABY and move on, your heart will heal in time when you are happy again. If you dwell on it it will take longer and hurt more. I know it hurts, but as soon as you are happy then the pain will go away

He just keep adding to the mess doesnt he? i cant imagine going through that I would be devastated myself. It will take time but if you have kids together you will have to try to get along for their sake not to the other woman of course you can slap her if you want. I am sorry you had to go through this and i hope you can heal and become happier.

go to Jesus, He is waiting and knocking at the door, open your heart to him. time will heal your wounds if you let it.
try to get busy at a good church. keep up your health, no matter who they are--their relationship is not all roses--you found out how despicable he truely is, mabey its best now than later when you are older.
