I have looked on line and overseas I can't find any and the quanity I could bring across the border (Mexico) won't last very long at all. i need a reliable source of the patches.

Shouldn't you really be under a doctors supervision for something like this? I mean, are you even aware of the side effects? Something like Estraderm can be quite risky and should not be fooled around with so lightly. I am sure there are a millions of websites which will help you eventually find the right source to obtain this stuff without prescription but are you sure you want to risk this? There is a lot of junk out there too being peddled as the "real" thing. It is always smarter to be safe than sorry.
