get into unc chapel hill?

whats a good gpa to have?
and reccomended SAT scores?

This is from their website and based on the old SATs

GPA
92.1% reported a high-school GPA
85.4% had GPA of 4.0 or higher
Average GPA was 4.37

SAT
99.1% reported at least one SAT I score
52.0% scored above 1300
Middle 50% scored between 1210 and 1380

so, on the new SATs, you're probably going to want above 2000 on them

Best thing to do is call their admissions office. Probably 1200 SAT (without counting the new writing section) and 3.5 GPA in high school, but they'll concentrate more on the SAT than the GPA. I worked at a private university in Texas and those were our requirements.
