When you take ecstasy, your grind your teeth to the point where you are damaging them. Using a pacifier prevents this, and it also helps to curb the intense thirst that comes with taking the drug also because you produce more saliva sucking on a pacifier, so your mouth does not get as dry.

Well the first one I ever saw was on the end of a pencil that said Grow Up Cry Baby, but now I am older and see things goin on around, they are used by drug abusers some so they cant mash their teeth because they cant control how hard their mouth closes.

Some people have a fetish for dressing up like a baby...they even make adult size diapers and rubber pants just for that reason! (Bottles, too) They usually categorize it under a sexual fetish. Did you happen to catch the CSI show they did based upon just this issue? Strange, but true.

i have never heard of them for adults. however i do know that they make them for older children that have oral fixation problems. some kids just have to chew on things and they make certain types of 'pacifiers' for that.

When you take X (ecstasy) you need something to put in your mouth for when you have a siezure from the drugs.

They were big on the rave scene years ago. Clubbers dropping ectasy and acid used them to suck on.

There's some kind of drug, people use, that you have to put something in your mouth, to keep from croaking. That's what they are made for.

I've never seen them. Maybe for crackheads. I read that crack addicts like to use them.
