Both for sure... They are one of the few movie's that have great sequel, prequel etc potential.

i think that they will both be good the spiderman 3 has a couple of little twists from what i can see like a couple of bad guys instead of just one. pirates 3 should be good because they filmed the 2 and 3 at the same time. so the actors shouldnt have lost character and thats the bad thing with movies is that they wait to long and they kinda suck.

Personally, I think Spidey 3 will be the better, only because the director/cast are on a roll. Both Spidey films were great, whereas I felt the first Pirates was a good film, and the sequel was good, but not as good as the first one. So, I am not expecting as much from Pirates 3 as I am for Spidey 3.
Also, Spidey 3 just looks like it has a better story.

Spiderman 3 hands down. It has alot of excitement going on. YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN NEXT. pIRATES 3, WELL THE Second one was a little disappointing. But you gotta love checkin out Captain Jack Sparrow. MEEEEOOOW!!

Given the thorough disappointment of Pirates 2, my money is on Spider-Man 3. Venom is going to be in it. Can't get any better.

well both of them will prove to be box office smash hits, mostly because they are the final chapters of their respective sequels. spiderman 3 looks to be amazing, while pirates 3 will tie loose ends left hanging in the dead mans chest
