You ask the same question on the"gambling" categorie, and I'm going to give you the same answer.
I play poker for a living, and the money I make can be variable. The amount of money a poker player make each day, week, month or year depend on a lot thing: How many hours does the pro play?, what limits does he play? does he play more cash games or more tournaments......etc. So many question to be answered before giving you a number. Basically it's different for each players
Take care

My answer does not change from before. An online pro is no different from a live pro in the way the go about making money.
Also, for the story about Mike Matusow, he won the million in a live action tourney, but he lost it all online.
There was actually an archived recreation of one hand where he lost about 100k in one hand. When he flopped quads and the other guy rivered a straight flush.
There is a good site to look at that has a listing of big pots and at the sametime has a listing of some of the best online players on the internet.

Pokercoa gave you a good answer, but let me add this----If I'd have had a computer to play poker on 40 years ago, I'd have never worked a day in my life.
