Move on life is way too short.
For example, (true story) I threw up in my neighbors basement on Saturday St. Patty's Day and although I was embarassed on Sunday we were all having a good laugh by Sunday evening. Now I am ponying up $500 to replace his carpeting, but dang we had fun. Don't be embarassed, life is way too short to worry about mistakes or what other people think.
Think about it this way, in 5 years who will remember your f-up besides you? Live life without worrying about what everyone thinks and damn your critics.
