How do u make a balloon arch? how many balloons do u averagely need 2 make 1?

We used one of those garden arches that you buy at dept. stores (Big Lots $6) and we used fishing twine to hold them on. One lady had a trick to tying them directly to the arch, but I couldn't figure it out. No less than 70 large balloons
