Why do most Volvos have wipers on their headlights?

so that u can see in the dark ,snow and other stuff can make ur lite not to shine well,so is there to wipe out everything in its way

Have you seen the severe Winter weather they have in Scandinavian countries? Snow is one thing, but frozen on muck is another!

They are useful in Canadian winters. I guess it is cheaper to leave them on than re-engineer the system for warm places.
