If this is the note you found in your friend's purse, then you should let someone know because there are some real issues going on in that persons life and they really need some professional help. My personal opinion is that the author of this note is thinking of suicide and she should not be ignored. I am no doctor, but better to be safe than sorry.

OMG you guy don't GET it? She found this note in her friends purse and that is what it said. Now she wants to know what she should do to help her friend.
You can do these two things in any order that you are most comfortable with.
1) I say that you confront her about it. Ask her how things are going.
2) Then apologize for going through her stuff, but tell her how much YOU care about her. Try to keep her company.
If she is getting really depressed, talk to an adult that you trust about it. If you can't find a good adult (cuz they are hard to find, the suckers), go to abovetheinfluence.com or another one of those cheesy websites that help you with these kind of 'near suicidal' issues.
Maybe your friend was hoping deep down that someone would find that note and help her out.

Maybe it's just that you're bringing this upon yourself, make yourself feel good about you and love yourself and others will too. Treat yourself every once in a while. Go to the salon, spa mall and give yourself an early birthday present. But beware, don't let your confidence turn into arrogance, no one likes that. You wrote too much and we can't see the end of your message. I could not see what you were asking . But if your friend would say anything bad about you, they're not your real friends. How old are you, anyway ?

First off what you need to do is make an effort to talk too her, you and her other friends try to take her to different places (the library, the mall,a museum, and other places where teenagers hang out if y'all are between 16 and 18 as long as you remain in a group it should be okay.)Unfortunately depression and teen years go hand and hand. I would also suggest that you stop riffling through her purse reading private notes or journals.

If I found a note like that in my friends purse I would a) talk to her about it b) get her out of the house and help her to enjoy life and realize how fast it will pass her by c) help her realize shes not stupid and all that jazz d) May be just depending I might recommend her a counselor, teacher, minister etc, to talk to e) help her with spelling and grammar
