It's safe to take Sudafed. Usually no Benadryl until you are further along. I am 5 mo. preg. at the moment and just got over a horrible sinus infection...Sudafed and extra strength Tylenol (for the facial pain) were my saving graces! Good luck to you! :) P.S. My O.B. doc said these OTC meds were safe!

I am 36 weeks pregnant and I have had four colds and one million intestinal virus and my little one turns out first-rate. use saline drops and a vaporizer to support the congestion. you particularly do not wanna pressure your stomach to a lot certainly when you've got a cough. the ligaments for your stomach are to prone to be pressured or after the colds long past you can be handling the ache or that. however the little one is first-rate. the one manner a little one within you'll be able to choose up any ailment or illnesses you will have is within the start canal. do not fear simply drink plenty of transparent fluids and take Tylenol for a fever. well success!

The only thing I was able to use was Vicks Vapo Rub.
But, I understand there are over the counter decongestants that u can take if u r not high risk like myself.
Ask your pharmacist at your drug store and be sure to call your obgyn before u actually take it.
Good luck hun. I feel for ya.

It should only last a week or so and it won't harm your baby. Take some Panadol or Paracetamol before you go to bed. This should help.
