Possibly...ask after he reaches puberty. No honestly, his cheekbones are not strong enough and his haircut does not flow with the shape of his face. His abs are not the only muscle system that need work. Although he is wearing a sweater in this picture you can tell he needs to work on his shoulders by the shape/ size of his neck. After a few years of protein shakes and 5 am workouts you never know what a stylist might be able to accomplish with him.
