I ask because people say 300 is overweight but I know men who are 330 all muscle , would you consider that overweight or is the irrelevant .

doesnt matter what number pops up on scale if they look fat and have flab sticking from the side and the front and they are over weight but when you got 2 @$$es one in the front and one in back and if you got 2 chins then ur fat

it has to do with your BMI (body mass index), I think around 28-30 is overweight. I am actually considered overweight. Sux, doesnt it.

I think if it's fat then you are overweight, but if it's muscle you're not.

depends on how tall the person is, and their bone structure

Shaq, at 7'2" would be thin if he weighed 300 lbs.

if u fat, they think ya overweight(i know from personal experience)
