Yes there are some in the UK -look for the ones who have been approved by a proffessional body.
Do not know the cost - perhaps £100 - £150 for an hour session?

It's called Hypnotic regression and there is still some scepticism about it regarding whether people are just remembering things they've seen in films and read in books as opposed to actually being a past life.

They are called past life therapists. Samuel Sagan trains people and I believe he does hold sessions in the U K.
