Water condenses as the temperature is dropped and it condenses until it takes on the solid form of Ice. steadily increase the temperature and the molecules will begin to move at boiling point the molecules are running rampit. Catch the steam off of the boiling water, and run it through a line cooling it, and it condenses and takes back the denser form which is water.
