What type of help are looking for? The factors to consider are, how much you can afford to spend and what type of clothing are you looking for; casual or business clothes. With your height, jackets that are waist length, skirts no lower than your knee. Long jackets and skirts will make you look dumpy. I have friends who love Ann Taylor petites, but they can be pricey. Even if you don't buy anything, go to some of the nicer stores and try on clothes. The sales people, especially at Nordstrom are really good at helping you. Even if you don't buy there, you will have an idea of what looks best for your height. Also, keep in mind that you will almost always need to have some items altered. Good luck and happy shopping!

It depends on your style...I have the exact opposite problem as you, I'm like 5'11''...it sucks. Some places that I've been that have x-short to x-long is 'the buckle,' vanity, Maurice's, American eagle (this is your best bet in my opinion!), and even aeropostale
