You shouldn't be trying to pick up on married women, they are married. That is only setting up yourself, her and possibly her husband, for hurt. But the best one I have ever heard was "Do you beleive in love at first sight or should I walk by again?" or there is always "You have beautiful eyes, can I take you out and skull f**k you?" I actually saw that one work once.
