Children of the Lamp Series?

Has anyone read the Children of the Lamp Series by P.B. Kerr? I was wondering if there are two volumes/parts/books in "The Blue Djinn of Babylon" I need to know so I can continue either reading the second volume or move on to the third installment. Thanks.

On the Barnes and Noble website there are two links to the "Blue Djinn" one link says vol. 2 and the first one doesn't have a volume number. The latter was published in January 2006 where as vol. 2 was published in October 2006. So are these two different books or are they the same?

I'm not quite sure what you mean here, but "Blue Djinn" is a stand-alone book in the series, so if you want to skip it and move on to Cobra King of Kathmandu you can.
