All bitttorrent sites, and P2P programs (limewire, bearshare, etc) are legal. However, what you do with them can be illegal (downloading movies, music etc). The programs are not illegal to have, but you can do illegal things with them.

No they are all illegal Morpheus,bearshare,limewire, etc..
