i cant visit some sites like macys i get another site called foxic.net whatrts goin on?

I Am having problem visiting certain site example is macys if i try to visit Macy's site i get another site like foxic.net and i am also having problems with broken frames at some sites i vist what can i do?

Sound's like you might have some software on your computer that's redirecting to another sight. Also known as malware.

It is due to Spyware. Try running Spybot.
