The Wraith was pretty cool. Early Charlie Sheen, but street racing was only in the a back part of the story, some pretty cool cars though and crazy people too. A revenge/love story really.

For Cars: The Fast and the Furious 1, 2, and 3, Gone in 60 Seconds
For bikes: Torque, Biker Boyz
I've seen all of them, and I own all of them, and I would have to say that for the cars, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift was probabally my favorite because it has a lot more racing in it than the other movies. For the bikes, you can go with either one, because they both have some amazing stunts and racing and bike-work in them, and they both have a good story.
