I have 60 computers on a network. Its been a wile since I have added a new one. An Employee came in and asked for their laptop to access the network. They are running XP Pro. All the other computers you have to hit CTRL ALT DEL and log in with a password. I need this one to do the same. Plus I need it to be able to access network shared printers. I think if I solve the problem above this will fix my printer issue.

Yes, that will fix your problem. Right click on My Computer-->Properties-->Computer Name tab, Change button. then you can add it to the domain. This should also activate the C-A-D to logon.
