That's good, because it has lots of calcium. Water is always good. Milk, fruit juice, etc. Soda is fine. You don't have to completely eliminate caffeine, but you should cut down on the amount you drink or eat ie:soda, coffee, chocolate, tea, etc.

Water, Water, Water. There is too much sugar in Sunny D and most other juice for that matter. Water is best. And be sure to take your prenatal vitamins. Some women have lots of trouble with their teeth during and after pregnancy. So avoid sugary drinks if you can. Milk is another good option. The baby is sucking all the good stuff from you. So take care of you and the baby will be good and healthy. Congrats! Good luck!

Juice, milk and yea, sunny d is ok, but orange juice is better.
Any kind of fruit drink or veggie drink is good. V-8 is good too.
Drink plenty of water as well.
U can have coffee and soda if u still want to. Just be sure to not exceed 300 mg of caffeine per day.
Good luck and congrats!!

Doctors recommend 10 glasses of water a day. Anything without caffeine is okay also. My doctor told me that it's not going to kill me to have a soda once and a while, but try not to make it an every day occasion. Hope this helps! Congrats also!

Lots and lots and lots of WATER!!! It helps to keep the amniotic fluid clean. Also, if you are worried about gaining weight, skip the juices - they are high in calories. You can drink diet caffine free sodas, but I would limit them. You could also drink tea - sweetend has more calories than unsweetend but both are full of antioxidents. Just don't forget to drink lots of WATER!!!!

I would drink lots of healthy things. Remember it has to be pasturized. No milk or juices that are not. It could harm the baby. Also, find juices with plenty of folic acid. I wouldn't suggest alcoholic beverges due to Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.
