Part of our work dress code is the wearing of panty hose. What is the cause, prevention, and cure of my intensely itchy legs from the wearing of these?

Skin Lotion. Dead skin causes you to itch. It is compounded when you have a layer that prevents the dead skin from falling away. Think of if as sand in you bathing suit.

Perhaps you are allergic to the material used in your panty hose?

It could also just be dry skin... have you tried an intensive lotion?

If the problem is really that bad, you should see your dermatologist and get tested to see if it's an allergy. If so, the solution is to simply by a different kind of panty hose.

Have you tried to get a good pair instead of those cheap ones at a drugstore??? I find Victorias Secret hoses are better for my legs.
