Like Hannah, i would advice you to go to Forever21. Or Wetseal. If you know Garage, it could be good.

Forever 21, Hollister, American Eagle, TJ Maxx/Marshalls, Old Navy for sure! I would say get a few tanks, shorts and skirts, good flipflops (Reefs or Rainbows and possibly a pair of Old Navy flipflops as well. They're quite cheap ($2.50) but not as durable as Reefs/Rainbows). Maybe a spring dress.. Capris? When buying something, don't forget to think about how it'll fit into your wardrobe as a whole. Sometimes I get into a shopping mood and buy things that I can hardly ever wear, and it's such a waste.

Ross is a great place to shop at, although it can be kind of messy. The clothes are really cheap, and if you look hard you can find all sorts of cute clothes. Also, Aeropostale and Old Navy are great too. They sell shirts for $5 and up and shorts for $15 and up.

Just go to outlet stores, or sale racks. Set aside, like, an entire day, to hit the largest mall in your area, and only buy the really cute, really cheap items. A really good idea is buying spring-y winter clothes that are still "trendy", because they're all on sale right now.

Forever 21 is awsome!!! My friends and I went shopping once, and we each spent like only $100 or $150 bucks in there, and we got like 2 pairs of shorts, and lotsa shoes and shirts!! Also, if you can find anything cute in Old Navy then that is ok, and also American Eagle isn't very expensive, and I LOVE their stuff!!!

Marshalls, Century 21, TJMaxx, Loehmanns, ..
all good prices..be careful what you buy..think twice before spending.
buy only what you truly love and what you need.
always look to add pieces to what you already own.
try not to go too trendy..because you want pieces that won't go out of style too fast, also try to buy quality..so the item will last longer than just one season's wear.
fashion ideas..( since i don't know your age, nor do i know your lifestyle)..it's hard to say.
a good trench , jeans, tee shirt and ballet flats is what i live in for the spring..also add a nice dress..pair of high heels.
have fun & happy shopping!

Forever 21 is great! I recently found it in a mall and I LOVE it. Accessories are funky and pretty cheap, the clothes are adorable. My new favorite shirt if from there, and it cost $14!

I think H&M is great I had $200 dollars and I was able to find 3 outfits and a lot of accessories. A lot of famous people shop there for little things. And has a lot of things that fits people of all styles and shapes they have every type of size.

I love shopping at Wet Seal, Forever 21, Hollister, Charlotte Russe, Express, Pac Sun, and Tilly's.
Wet Seal and Forever 21 aren't very expensive at all and they have the cutest stuff. I love it there and hopefully these other stores won't hurt your bank at all.

Old Navy definetly you cover all bases there: shoes, clothes, accessories and swimsuits. Also, try shopping online at some stores, they often have great shipping deals!
