If you are referring to a particular web page - just hold down the control key and move the scrollwheel onyour mouse. If your mouse doesn't have a scrollwheel, hold down the control key and use the plus or minus keys on the numerical keypad.

You press the little arrow that says a number (preferably when you start it will have font number 10), and it will show you a list of numbers. pick one and experiment on each to find out which one you like.

yea not exactly sure wat ur asking but im assuming u want to magnify the text in internet browser windows
it can be done by holding the control key and scroll with ur mouse scroller to increase/decrease the magnification
