Assuming you don't have any (and with all the family pressure to have kids/grandkids) how likely are you to get serious with a guy who doesn't want children? Or maybe you're one of the few who doesn't want kids either, if not then why?

I have never wanted children, and in general, I don't like children. When my husband and I married I told him that I would bare him ONE child if the absolutely had to have offspring. He wasn't real keen on having children either, and in 2002 he got a vasectomy. It was a good decision for us.
I'm not a very motherly type of person. I just don't have it in me to be a good mother. I know I would have made a reasonable mother; my children would have lived to see adulthood, be properly educated, fed, clean, and without MAJOR psychological problems. But since I have the choice, I have chosen NOT to have children.
So, Yes, I would consider dating a man who didn't want children.

I know lots of women who don't want kids, and would be happy to date someone who felt the same way. On the other hand, they tend to be young, and (apparently) these feelings can change over time (especially after several years of marriage). I'm not married and don't have kids, nor do I really care either way about having them, but at least having the option is nice. Still, I don't think you'll have any trouble finding someone who doesnt want kids -- right now. But make sure that's her final answer before you get married!

Wanting to have children or not is something two people in a serious relationship should be in agreeance with. This is one of those things that keeps a long term relationship for the marriage run, or not.

Yes, because I don't want children. So, of course, whomever I date has to not be interesting in having kids.

i wouldnt get too serious with him and only date him for fun to pass time until i find someone who is more into serious relationships & wants children.

Well I don't want kids for a long time...I would date him....not seroiusly because I wouldn't want to fall in love and not have his kids one day.
