You have to be 18 to legally enter into a contract, so, if you're under 18, your parents will have to be involved in the process.

The short answer is, no, there's no age requirement when it comes to publishing a book. Publishing is considered a free enterprise in which it's survival of whatever an editor wants to publish regardless of quality, merit, or importance.

If you want to write, write.

No, i think of the only standards are which you will fund your e-e book and write nicely. Edit: I regarded at some greater web pages and did a sprint analyze at present. you're able to desire to be eighteen to sign criminal documents, and there are a number of people who would desire to be signed (copyright documents from the government and the settlement with a writer) for which you will prefer a discern/mum or dad signiture. although, there are no longer any limits on age to have a e book printed (i comprehend of books printed by ability of persons from a protracted time 7 and up). those have been printed by ability of substantial publishing residences too. So age isn't a concern different than interior the criminal aspects. additionally, it incredibly is a marvelous thought to get a competent agent, because of the fact many publishing residences require them now. They get a marvelous type of manuscripts submitted to them, so they do this to diminish the quantity they seem at. this would not recommend they're snooty or caught up, it only ability they're overloaded by ability of what's submitted to them. i'm hoping this permits.
