Does it matter where you get your lip pierced?

Question

I am going to get my lip pierced and i like it on the right side of my bottom lip.. but does that mean i'm gay or something? 'Cause I know if you get your right ear pierced but not your left it symbolizes that your gay. Does it really matter where my lip ring is?

your all gonna say "DON'T DO THAT!" to what im about to say but my parents won't sign for me to get it done professionaly done.

i was considering snake bites but i dont think it would look that good..

if i heat the needle until glowing red hot
then wait for it to cool, then put it in rubbing alcohol, would it be a clean needle?

no it does not, and to the part about getting the right ear pierced is just falst statement. Maybe someone likes to put it on their right ear rather than left it doesn't symbolize their orientation. Wherever that started was probably from some immature, low lifes, who have nothing better to do than insult something about someone and turn into something worse.

mm liprigs are very sexy... and either side peirced or the middle is all good. But I would suggest getting snake bites.. which means getting it peirced on both sides... that is the sexiest =]

no it doesnt mean your gay but it could matter where ya get it pierced anywhere in california is ok they have thinner needles everywhere

no it doesnt matter where but. dont...it chips away the enamel on your teeth and it can get infected too(from the germs in your mouth) ...AND you have a huge hole in your lip
