Rubbed the arm of the guy i REALLY like (hey, this is in the GLBT section)... it may not seem like much but he's straight so its SOMETHING

Went for a swim. It actually made me more feel more relaxed than proud but I felt good about it nonetheless. I haven't been in over a week so I need to go every day this week to make up for it.

I woke at 5:am and went to Work!
I am very Proud to support my Family on a daily basis.
After I got home I helped my Sons rescue a puppy that had escaped my neighbors house.
They got her out of the street and we put her back where she belongs. We even had to barricade the hole she had escaped from.
Just another PROUD day!!

I woke up and went to school (for 7 hours) and learned knowledgeable stuff...
I'm proud for doing that!

I did alot of special leg work for my spouse. I felt very happy and proud to go to bat and walk that extra mile today. She never says thanks either, so I do not look for praise from her in all of this.

I'm a social service worker student and i'm now in placement, and I went there today. I'm learning about assaulted women, how to counsel and basically how to help them.

sat up a lot because the bed is all covered with debris. i consider sitting up to be a sort of exercise. walked to kitchen several times. walked to toilet several times. and banged on this keyboad and flipped channels for awhile. nothing to do. life sucks.
