i would take a open shutter picture of someone swinging a ball or some weight on the end of a string... you know... motion in a circle. i hate that stuff.... or you could just take a picture of an amusement park ride

Light bulbs....different types. how they use energy, which is most efficient
Cars.......Drag, energy. Emissions
Parks....Physics behind a swing, friction and its role in a slide.
Animals.......how they jump. stored energy in muscles.
