If you are able to participate in some type of martial arts, whether it's Karate, Tae Kwan Do, or even the exercises associated with Tai-Chi, this would be an area to look into. I was a teenager and had coordination issues, but when I took Shobakon Karate, my coordination improved dramatically, gave me discipline over my body, and helped instill confidence. I also worked out with weights, and while you don't have to be gung-ho about lifting a lot of weight, I do recommend at least lifting some weights, even if they are just dumbbells. This will help you focus and clear your mind while you work out, and if you read up on how to properly lift weights, or have someone show you how, you will learn there are specific ways to stand, bend over, crouch, etc., which will assist you in the lifting and also help you with posture, and general coordination. Get a ball, and toss it in the air just a few feet, and while it falls back down due to gravity, try to catch it with one hand. Do this several times, or use a rock if you don't have a ball. Shooting a basketball at a basketball hoop helps, even if you aren't good at it, just dribble, practice dribbling, and practice shooting. It takes time and practice to develop coordination skills, but don't give up! Good Luck.
