the natural basic conversation should be the best unless you detect she is playing hard to get or is a complicated girl then either playing hard to get to work or sometimes getting nervous or even making a fool of your self works I have picked up many girls who felt more comfortable about being able to take advantage of me when i was nervous then the other guys who just showed that they were a professional. In the end the girl wants to usually know she is seing the real you and that makes them feel confident that they can get what they expect.

Make eye contact. Smile. If she smiles back walk over and introduce yourself. Say something witty about the club your in, try and make her notice your sense of humor first. A laugh is a good way to get some flirting to ensue because it offers you the chance to compliment her smile, or say she has a contagious laugh. :) Happy hunting!
