83% of people who try to sell a home on their own end up listing with a Realtor. It really is a bit naive to think you can sell a house by posting it on a website to be honest. I mean, it does happen when buyers are desperate but that is not the case in most of the country at this point.

It's hard to know what you mean by getting scammed...
