Try http://www.accessdance.com/dance_lessons/ and http://www.ballroomdancers.com/Directory/Default.asp
They have studio locator by ZIP code. Please don't limit yourself to franchise studios like Fred Astaire or Arthur Murray. Fred Astaire was a great dancer but the studio by his name is not neccessarily a good one. These two are more oriented to teaching older folks.

It's hard to advise without knowing where you are, but here are a few ideas:
The major franchise studios (Fred Astaire and Arthur Murray) have studio locators on their websites, and there's another studio locator at www.ballroomdancers.com. It may be even simpler, though, just to check the local yellow pages, and if you live in a major city it's possible your city's parks and recreation department has lessons. You don't mention your daughter's age, either, but there's also the possibility of a local college or university having classes, though they tend to be pretty rudimentary as a rule (and that statement's going to get lots of thumbs down from the exceptions).
