I'm having a hard time looking for a venue since I'm presently based in Riyadh City, KSA. We don't have enough time for the preparation since we will arrive on the 5th of May. Hope I can get some good suggestions or referrals. I will be most likely interested if someone can give me suggestion on where can I get a good caterer. Thank you for the time!

First of all, take note that May 14 this year is Election Day. You might want to fix the schedule so that it allows time for the guests to go to the polling places before the party. If I were on your shoes, my choice would be Legend Hotel near Robinson's Pioneer. They already have a ready party package which includes use of the pool, food, games and give-aways. Reasonable enough for any desired budget. It's secluded, ample parking space, far from any trouble spots plus it gives you ample privacy. You have to reserve early though since some families check in for an extended weekend (which it is) specially since it's summer.

The easiest would probably be any good restaurant whether inside the malls, or outside (stand alone). Just in Megamall alone (and this is very accessible and lots of choices) there's Kamayan, Dad's Saisaki, Cabalen, etc. Also check out the ones at the Megastrip. For Quezon City, go to Gateway in Cubao, lots of new restaurants there.
