You're right there are alot of different caucuses,and I'm sure you didn't even cover 30% of them. But I want to know and it's a serious question,how would everybody react if there was officially a white caucus? You know the answer,I don't even have to ask,it would be pure outrage. I find it amusing that we as a society are supposed to endevour to put our racial differences behind,and yet it seems that those most affected are the ones who try the hardest to keep those differences alive and well. It's no problem with me,if an entire race wants to continue to separate themselves from everybody else,thus continuing their marginalization it affects me not one little bit. And if you doubt that some so called black leaders need this marginalization to keep themselves powerful then I ask why is it that Barack Obama seems to be having the hardest time getting the support of the "black leaders" or at least harder than from many others. Because if Barack Obama becomes president they are all one step closer to being out of a job.

For some reason "some white people" get angry at blacks for hanging on to our past. They just want us to "move on". They don't understand that we must embrace the past and where we are, and try to work collectively in moving forward. For some reason they think it was centries ago. Hell, MLK was just assisnated in 1968. We still have family members that marched alive an living well. Nobody forgets that easily. It will take time and a collective effort to move forward. We need to work together to get better. That's what "some white peolple" don't want to see. Let's not forget about those that DID play a part in the movement. If it weren't for them it probably would have been a whole nother century for our struggle. By the way MLK was not the only black leader to lead us out of oppression, although he was the most remembered.

Anytime black people show some semblance of authority or power... there is some group of people waiting to tear them down. They still live in the 30's and have a slave mentality. The problem is... we can no longer be suppressed or stopped when it comes to equality and position. It is not only white people Honeychild....believe that! We are people of great knowledge and wisdom. We are and will always be the head and not the tail.... so long live the Black Caucus. I am proud to see our doctors.. lawyers..engineers and clergy come together and stand strong. The advancement is truly what the struggle is about.

He likes that kind of racism. The Democrat social gathering is the domicile of racism and bigotry. They nevertheless have a senator who grow to be a KKK member and don't even enable them to in place of work until eventually they have dedicated quite a few crimes. That way they might blackmail them to do their bidding. Lesson for "righteous ingrate" - the KKK grow to be created by utilising disgruntled Democrats who have been against the civil rights bill and the abolition of slavery. no longer something like correcting the lies and teaching the ignorant. that ought to earn me some thumbs down. Libs do unlike being knowledgeable on the actuality.

$0.02 Are you racist? I read your questions and they are very one sided; biased to a degree that one may consider you a racist. I understand that you're mad, but you really have to stop and reset yourself. Ask yourself these questions;
What progress has this question made? Do people find my logic credible, and is it really worth my life to sit and ask biased questions all the time, when really I could be doing bigger things (that does not involve a computer) to get my points across. I understand we all have our biases, but questions like this is not helping the problem...
You sit and complain about white people complaining?!? Contradiction anyone? Really if people look at you and see you're doing the exact same thing you're complaining about of course people are not going to side with you. And most likely you don't care, I mean it's only Yahoo! Answers these people don't have a heaven or hell to put you in... And if that's the case why stress yourself.

My biggest problem lately with the black caucus is that they denied membership to a white who has a large black constituancy. So what is the purpose of the black causus if it is not the betterment of blacks in America. Apparently the black caucus is like every other group of politicians and that is only interested in their power for personal gain.

Why do people tend to point the finger at a race? Individual opinions should not be based on race. I have no complaints of anything but quick judgments on things one knows very little or nothing about.
