I knew a Jamaican man, named Jim Cubbs who used to say that, but he meant, "Hey, baby." But the way he used to say it was SO hilarious & funny! ROFL! This man had his lips curled all the time & he looked like a monkey. Well, I guess we all do, since according to Darwin, we're believed to be derived from the monkey family.
Mr. Cubbs was a very sweet man. RIP & rest his soul.

*He was mentally handicapped, not retarded, but in the question area, there wasn't enough space for me to put the words MENTALLY HANDICAPPED there, so that's why I put RETARDED, so I didn't mean to put the deceased man down. He was very nice & helpful. & he was disabled & he always gave people his money. I never took advantage of his money though.
