How is it the foreign press can go to Baghdad and film a completely different view than the Bush/FOX story.

One is a 4 year horror story
The other is a Happy 4th Birthday party.

EVERYONE in the world knows that Bush is lying. As far as I've been able to tell, following politics since around 1960, Bush currently stands as the biggest liar ever to lead any nation in the history of the world.

Why can I go to LA and film one story in the Hollywood Hills and a completely different film in Compton and EastLos. We all see what we want to see. That goes for both sides. As always the "truth" lies somewhere in the middle.

The war has got a low approval ratings, I am actually a little shocked there aren't more scantily clad women drinking wine coolers in the streets of Baghdad on Fox.

Um...because a big part of war is propaganda. There is the American government's story, and Middle Eastern media's story, and the truth is somewhere in between.

I would say its the foriegn press report... considering the normally anti-bush media outlets here in the U.S. are also reporting improvements in Baghdad.

A better question is, why are you now having to turn to foriegn newspapers to find the news that fits your agenda?
