The company ExxonMobil is the largest corporation in the world, the information you seek could probably be summed up in a book. I wouldn't mind working for them though, one day I'll look into it, I hear they are a very good company to work for. Check out Wikipedia, but a little tidbit for you is the movie Syriana was loosely based on the Exxon-Mobil merger and a book written by a CIA agent, so the truth may be twisted a little. Good Luck!!
